What do you like best? Clarizen is a very easy and useful tool to manage projects, create expense sheets along with timesheet management. What do you dislike? There are times i am completing an expense sheet and if I accidentally scroll away from it, it will disappear and then I would have to re-enter all the info all over again. Clarizen has the capabilities to perform the tasks we require.
What do you like best? The customization that is available throughout the system. What do you dislike? The license types. The licensing types could be updated to provide more options for part time workers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management, communication, collaboration. More collaboration between stakeholders.

Great design but not user friendly
What do you like best? The overall design of the application is nice - from a visual standpoint. What do you dislike? You cannot upload information from Excel, the tasks within a project plan do not sort properly. Do many buttons, and hidden buttons to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing projects and tracking costs. Using for project reporting eventually.

Great tool for project management
What do you like best? The ability to communicate with team members via notifications and posts. What do you dislike? Some reporting limitations in our custom reports - we aren't able to report on all metrics due to the complexity of one of our custom actions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving business problems with less time spent in meetings due to the communication abilities realized by Clarizen.

Powerful tool
What do you like best? Clarizen helps us plan, collaborate and report on everything we do. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using project templates lends consistency and clarity to our work. Time tracking allows us to showcase what we've done as well as plan for the future.

Smoth Rollout, Great Feedback from the community
What do you like best? The tool is easily configurable, just to mentioned, I'm not a developer and after two days of online training I was able to work by myself. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Social interaction, full suite of functionality, and configurability. What do you dislike? Limited to configurations available. UI customizations are limited. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One source of truth and a tool that could replace multiple solutions.

Great tool for Gantt plannification
What do you like best? Creating a new project is easy and intuitive. It is also a good tool for reporting to upper management from micro level (day to day progress of every team member to something more condensed. What do you dislike?
