There is no formal user guide, user documentation or training materials other than vidoes or customer questions on the success site. Difficult to navigate and use

What do you like best? I did like the reporting and timesheet entry. Seem simple enough. Comment section was nice and useful as well. What do you dislike? I did not like the integration piece with JIRA. It had multiple issues syncing and uploading. Also, the managing of projects and determining hours left was difficult to determine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to track time using clarizen.

System not meant for the CRO industry

What do you like best? The flexibility of the reports is nice although they all have to be pre-programmed to provide the specific information needed. What do you dislike? Everything is built off of timelines, which doesn't work for CROs where tasks are performed and billed based on different factors whose timelines can't be estimated accurately (when sites are activated, when SAEs are reported, etc.) Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that your ...

We love its friendliness, detailed customizability, and the powerful integration with other software. By friendly, I don't only refer to us as a team, but to other companies' products that integrate like a piece of cake. You extract the data you need, create an amazing report, and save it in excel format. What do you like best? I like that this software organizes all of our team’s projects in one place and allows us to share files from G Suite and Sharepoint in order to provide feedback.
