Does the job.
What do you like best? It does the job! We seem to use the bare bones version, task/assignment and management. What do you dislike? Not intuitive. Seems mechanical in the way customers/milestones/tasks are organized. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have an in-house team dedicated to implementation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Assigning tasks to other teams.

The Clarizen platform is very user friendly.
What do you like best? I love the all the quick actions and widgets. It makes things easy to get to. I like that most ares or vies are customize-able. What do you dislike? The Help & Support area is not very helpful or updated. Seems to be lots of old information and it's not easy to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have solved the ability to report more efficiently. We are now able to forecast and budget properly.

Clarizen review
What do you like best? I like that it focuses on assigning tasks to everyone else. I like that you can project manage on its platform without going onto other platforms. I like the timelines and the color coding. What do you dislike? I dislike the font. I dislike the plain user interface. The colors do not stand out and you do not know what is clickable and what is not. I also have a very hard time editing things. It seems very poorly programmed at some points. What problems ...

Clarizen, though glitchy, helps manage project tracking
What do you like best? It is very helpful to be able to get notifications straight to e-mail. It is also super convenient that you can respond to a post with a comment through e-mail directly (by replying). What do you dislike? The platform can be glitchy, resulting in tasks not submitting properly. Sometimes it will require me to enter a field that already has a value and it is very annoying to have to cancel the ticket, and resubmit. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Have several training sessions, I only got one and it took my awhile to figure out the world of Clarizen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I always have to double/triple check old documents for comments as I ...

Easy to get lost
What do you like best? The ability to tag individuals, and bring them into the conversation/projects What do you dislike? The project page layout is easy to get lost in. There are too many sections that accordion out, and it is is difficult to keep track of where everything is at and where the team has left off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having our projects in one place is nice for tracking purposes.
