Dynamic, easy to use, powerful PM tool
What do you like best? It's very easy to use, even if you're not familiar with Project Management tools in general. Each user can customize views to see what is important to them on a daily basis. Data can also be shared easily between team members which enhances collaboration. What do you dislike? We've implemented some customizations for our organization that don't work as seamlessly as I would like. They are a work in progress and improvements are being made, can't wait to see ...

Efficient Task Management
What do you like best? What I like most about Clarizen is that every piece of information I need to know is easily accessible in almost every view of Clarizen. I like that so much information is readily available to me. What do you dislike? I think the user interface could use a refresh as it looks a bit outdated and at times is hard to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As someone who has many projects and tasks to do ...

Best tool for enterprise PPM in the market
What do you like best? Love the user interface and experience, the various modules and how we can configure them, and how Clarizen is constantly updating the platform and taking our feedback. What do you dislike? Would be good if Clarizen Go is fully integrated with and is part of Clarizen One so we can have enterprise PPM, hybrid PMs and agile/scrum teams use it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start small, do a pilot, do org change management, and scale ...

Clarizen meets our project needs
What do you like best? Clarizen has helped our organization manage work, collaborate and automate processes. Since the adoption of the tool (1 year), we have shown a +822% increase of Clarizen feature usage. This goes to show that the product is supported by the business because of its value and certainly easy to adopt. What do you dislike? I've found that Clarizen doesn't work as well in IE as it does in Chrome. I wish Clarizen had an "undo" option embedded in the tool when there ...

Building consistency and standards across the company but also allowing flexibility
What do you like best? Lastly, its broad configuration capabilities give users the flexibility to customize their space and how they manage work. What do you dislike? With so much configuration capability, what you can create and do with Reports and Dashboard feels limiting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Two great things about using Clarizen is that it has become a vessel to reinforce certain standardized and practices ...

Great PM Tool With Tons of Bells and Whistles
What do you like best? Through profiles, you can support different groups with completely different requirements. Our professional services side needs detailed templates and workflows to streamline and automate their client work. Our PMO isn't concerned with project templates but needs robust custom fields and reporting to roll up programs and portfolios, expose risks and issues to the business, etc. Clarizen can easily offer both to each group. What do you dislike? I'm not ...

Steep learning curve for folks unfamiliar with the interface What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Preserving historical knowledge that would typically get lost in someone's inbox if they're out of office or have left the company.

Clarizen is an easy-to-use tool for handling a lot of projects with a lot of users.
What do you like best? It's easy to communicate between dozens of users and keep dozens of projects in order, and it doesn't take long to learn. The comments and communications within Clarizen One look a lot like a social media platform, complete with "Like" button! I highly recommend this platform. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have any complaints so far. Sometimes preview function for files (Word documents, PDFs, Indesign files, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) will load slowly ...
