Great Tool for Managing a Portfolio of Projects

What do you like best? I like that I can easily all of my projects, their current stage and also customize views and create reports to share with managers and customers. What do you dislike? There are some slow refresh times and the timeout at times makes it challenging to update the screen as you think your session is still active, but upon clicking or typing, you are forced to log in. Great for capacity planning

What do you like best? The ability to allocate time for each project and know the capacity of team members. What do you dislike? Performing a search that returns a high number of records is not possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to see when resources (AKA human people) are over-allocated. We can just say 'No' to new requests and cite their allocated percentages.

Clarizen for Project Management

What do you like best? I really like being able to track projects and tasks efficiently. Setting up a project is easy, and the dashboards make it simple to resolve issues and address errors. It's a great way to keep teams on track. What do you dislike? We use Microsoft 365 so it would be great if Clarizen was better integrated with the Microsoft platform. Right now we have to leave MS to go to Clarizen, and it doesn't work well with SharePoint or Teams. Recommendations to ...

Keeping my managers up to date on my progress and keeping me on track with my due dates.

What do you like best? Have tracking of all my projects and tasks opened. Have the history of all the projects and task that I have worked and all the other team workers. The email that is sent to the stake holders is very useful to keep them in track of everything.
