Works great with tracking requests

What do you like best? Managing the requests from start to finish and timesheet management. What do you dislike? I have not yet found any problems working with the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working on request and keeping track of them. Managing timesheet.

A great tool!

What do you like best? It helps me know what projects are coming my way. I am able to keep up with ongoing projects and quickly connect to my team members/business partners. What do you dislike? It can feel overwhelming with so many tables and click-throughs. It would be helpful to have notifications when comments are made on uploaded documents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management!

Like an old mustang, clunky but powerful.

What do you like best? Clarizen it loaded with features and allows for a lot of customization. It can generally fit a lot of different workflows and can be made to handle nearly any data you throw at it. It is also has a number of integrations that can help connect it with other systems. What do you dislike? The UI/UX is very clunky, information overload, and often frustrating. A lot of things you do in the system aren't innovative nor intuitive. What do you like best? Interactive and integrated experience; Highly customizable. What do you dislike? Lack of a decent Gantt Chart, and slow at times. What do you like best? I like the automation of the update in dates on the projects. I also like the work load because is an easy way to coordinate my work week. What do you dislike? I dislike that there is no task for delaying taks in the projects because you have to create a task just to delaying a project. Clarizen is a good work management software and its very user friendly.

What do you like best? It can be easily customised for each individual in an organisation. What do you dislike? As per the requirements in our organisation, clarizen would have been more effective if certain more rights are given to the individual users.
