What do you like best? I think it's easy to use! I like it better than Aprimo! It keeps projects on task and the messaging capabilities are great. I like how you can respond to email and it saves the message in clarizen. What do you dislike? I get confised with a lot of the options sometimes. There are many areas of Clarizen I do not necessarily know how to use so I ignore those buttons. Maybe prompts to tell the user about features could be useful. What problems are you solving ...

Clarizen is a wonderful tool

What do you like best? The ease of use and the simplicity that the tool offers. What do you dislike? There isn't much that comes to mind in terms of dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clarizen has helped me as a project manager better manage my processes, and it has allowed me to add improvements to the overall implementation methodology for my product.

The best time-sheet application i worked till date

What do you like best? Interface is very easy to handle but exporting the graphical charts and other analysis reports can be made more easy to handle. i can customize the activities as per my needs. Common benefits includes easy summary of data, resource load calculation, planning, tracking the projects, finding out the SLA and reminders based on due dates. this is really usefull for me to have a good track of my whole work. What do you like best? Clarizen is a great collaboration tool that allows teams to coordinate and manage objectives in real time. What do you dislike? Steep learning curve for folks unfamiliar with the interface What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Preserving historical knowledge that would typically get lost in someone's inbox if they're out of office or have left the company.

Better than expected

What do you like best? What I like the most is that the tool is very fiendly and useful for the generation of working plans and also the warnings that the tool send when the deadlines are comming are very very helpful. What do you like best? Through profiles, you can support different groups with completely different requirements. Our professional services side needs detailed templates and workflows to streamline and automate their client work. Our PMO isn't concerned with project templates but needs robust custom fields and reporting to roll up programs and portfolios, expose risks and issues to the business, etc. Clarizen can easily offer both to each group. What do you like best? Clarizen has helped our organization manage work, collaborate and automate processes. Since the adoption of the tool (1 year), we have shown a +822% increase of Clarizen feature usage.
