Easy to get lost
What do you like best? The ability to tag individuals, and bring them into the conversation/projects What do you dislike? The project page layout is easy to get lost in. There are too many sections that accordion out, and it is is difficult to keep track of where everything is at and where the team has left off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having our projects in one place is nice for tracking purposes.

I wasn't a fan.
What do you like best? My timesheet autosaved so that made it easy to submit. What do you dislike? It was really hard to navigate. Text was dense and small. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have moved to a different platform now.

Customer Experience
What do you like best? The tool can be customized to our organization's needs. What do you dislike? There is no formal user guide, user documentation or training materials other than vidoes or customer questions on the success site. However, we've been told that success is not kept up to date and we cannot hold clarizen support accountable for updating or ensuring the information on there is valid. Recommendations to others considering the product: Create a user group, user ...

Difficult to navigate and use
What do you like best? I did like the reporting and timesheet entry. Seem simple enough. Comment section was nice and useful as well. What do you dislike? I did not like the integration piece with JIRA. It had multiple issues syncing and uploading. Also, the managing of projects and determining hours left was difficult to determine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to track time using clarizen.

System not meant for the CRO industry
What do you like best? The flexibility of the reports is nice although they all have to be pre-programmed to provide the specific information needed. What do you dislike? Everything is built off of timelines, which doesn't work for CROs where tasks are performed and billed based on different factors whose timelines can't be estimated accurately (when sites are activated, when SAEs are reported, etc.) Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that your ...

Overall great tool, but hard to navigate
What do you like best? keeps things organized. helps stay on top of work. great communication tool between teams. What do you dislike? Hard to navigate (going backwards is difficult, can't just to another project when in a project). Slow updating time (dates, due dates, resources, uploading files, naming tasks, all causes issues. You always need to double check that what you submitted actually saved and went through). Recommendations to others considering the product: Set ...

Customizable but not easy
What do you like best? I like the customization features and automation possibilities What do you dislike? There are a lot of handful of good features: - reporting - slide publisher - resource utilization BUT In order to have good use of these, I always need help from our TAM to find out a solution rather then having it ready in the box... as all of these features always missing something. For example, we started using slide publisher but turns out it can report ...
