What do you like best? I do like that there is a centralized place for everyone to comment on projects. Ideally it would make searching for feedback and history of what happened easier. What do you like best? Customizable, flexible, and supports many PM templates into one application. Easy tool to understand and navigate, as well as train on. What do you dislike? No reference guides; left to work through issues on your own and/or with the Community Board. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralizing many PM word and excel templates into the application.

It is a good tools, but the logic of use and the user interface is not that friendly.

What do you like best? I like that it keeps dates and timelines assigned to the proper parties. It's a great way to organize a task list that makes it more clear for those putting in requests that these things do not turn around in one day. Easily configurable and fast to implement and great support staff

What do you like best? The ability to configure the application to your needs, in terms of adding or amending data fields and developing workflow and actions is really impressive. This then combined with the reporting capabilities mean that there are very few of our requirements that we haven't been able to fulfil within Clarizen. What do you like best? It is a space to keep track of everything you need, you get to put all of the instructions for tasks and continue to have discussions around updates. That way you can document all of the official decisions to refer back to as well. What do you dislike?
