Clarizen allows me to organize all of my projects very well and maximizes efficiency.

What do you like best? I like the My Tasks feature which allows me to visualize my projects and have set due dates for all. What do you dislike? Not necessarily a dislike but utilizing more visuals for the projects with timelines would be beneficial. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clarizen allows me to be more organized and on top of work coming down the pipeline.

A PPM tool that is manageable for a small organisation, and extendable for a large organisation.

What do you like best? This is a very configurable toolset. There is a learning curve but it is not overwhelming as are other products in the market. Creating new functions to support business processes can be very quick. Clarizen reporting has also assisted in monitoring other less transparent systems. What do you dislike? The speed of the vendors delivery of new functionality can run ahead of 100% reliability. There are still some functional and data gaps in the reporting modules. ...

What do you like best? Very simple tool to use. There is a lot flexibility in terms of customization. The onboarding support has is a USP. What do you dislike? Getting new releases into production quicker. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a complicated business and with the support of Clarizen, we were able to build within Clarizen.

What do you like best? It keeps everyone accountable and honest for their tasks What do you dislike? It takes some time to figure out the nuances of how to use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a team, everyone knows what their responsibilities are and as a project manager, I am able to easily see the status of my campaigns.

Comprehensive PPM solution - just take some time to learn it first!

What do you like best? Clarizen One is a comprehensive solution and therefore it requires some investment of time upfront to really understand the capabilities and options. If you take the time to do that, you will have a highly flexible and capable solution that can grow with you as your project process maturity improves. What do you dislike? Straight forward and intuitive

Great Customer Service - Clarizen Needs to Continue to Grow with our Organization's Needs

What do you like best? Between their CSM org and support org, Clarizen has a solid post-sales team. I've also worked with their PS org minimally. For the time I've spent with their PS org, they're also a great team. I plan to be more heavily involved with Clarizen's PS org in the near future. Great service, great product, all in the cloud

What do you like best? It's easy to share the project schedule, and whenever the client wants to know the status, they can just click on a link and the information will be right there. Easy and reliable. What do you dislike? Sometimes you have to refresh the page in order to continue updating the tasks. I don't know what happens, but it just freezes.
