The most easily customisable enterprise software
What do you like best? The best thing about Clarizen One is how customisable it is. An administrator can extend Clarizen's data model by adding fields and even entirely new objects to the system, then access those objects via workflows, custom actions, open API and custom panels, which support HTML/CSS/Javascript. This means it is possible to use Clarizen to develop possibly any solution imaginable. Whatever our users have thrown at us in the past 3 years in terms of requirements, we ...

User friendly with immediate transparency and collaboration gains
What do you like best? Excel like editable data lists/reports; reports and dashboard functionality; capacity planning view; roadmap view with milestones; all in one tool What do you dislike? When you can do a lot, you want to do more...then you reach a limit of what is possible Recommendations to others considering the product: If your requirements and processes are clear, implementing the application is easier than you might expect; the support is really great; the Clarizen ...

Feature-rich but sometimes unknown
What do you like best? I like the approach of Clarizen as a company. Meeting people who knows what is the limitation of technology and people who are using I can say that I don’t need anything else. What do you dislike? Looking to the past I would like to have a more predictable roadmap of the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collecting the whole scope of data needed to lead whole services and customization services in the ...

What do you like best? I like how I am able to see what is required of my for the week with timesheets. Also, being able to see the percentage complete that each project stands is helpful. What do you dislike? The user interface and navigation is very tricky within Clarizen. There are multiple clicks to get to the same place and not the most intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: I like how you are able to see your projects all at once, but it is ...

Simply the Best!
What do you like best? The flexibility to configure the Product for how your business works is the real strength of this product. We have multiple Business Units working in different ways and the product is the only one on the market that has the ability to support this and with real strength. Other strengths include its ability to capture Data which is fantastic due to the amount of custom fields you can have, the fantastic support staff including the CSM's/Account ...

Good tool, but complicated to use
What do you like best? There's the ability to really deep down in project tasks and verify different statistics and reports in detail What do you dislike? Reporting is clunky, I understand depends from user permissions but is not easy to obtain the information I need related to only what I entered. It's also not easy to remove a person associated to a task from all its subtasks in one single operation. It does not have copy and paste functionality when entering a timesheet, ...
