Project Management made easy
What do you like best? It provides for centralised project management which leads to an easy way to view the company's current projects and resource allocation. What do you dislike? Status reports offer a bit too much detail to send to customers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Clarizen One offers an easy to use solution from managing projects to reporting on them. It provides a birds eye view of the organisation which allows for greater rewards from ...

Almost the best project management tool!
What do you like best? The UI of Clarizen is very intuitive once you are over the initial learning curve. The integration with Salesforce also seems to be seamless. However, the best advantage of using Clarizen is the depth of customization offered. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to operating the UI. Large data sets being displayed on the screen are not handled especially well with scrolling being interrupted by load times. The dashboard does ...

3 years working with Clarizen
What do you like best? The ability to have one centralize system for project management (different aspects) and the financial reports correlated. What do you dislike? the fact that it does not have executive-level reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have the ability to track in details the actual work done per project, and invoice accordingly. Customers often ask for this information. The system enables ...

Almost Every a Project Manager need in one Tool
What do you like best? Executive summary reports on power point, report creation for many things, I really like the report for upcoming or past due tasks. Cost management at tasks level and the summary from roll up to Program level. What do you dislike? Would like to see the system processing information faster so I can be able to run a meeting using Clarizen. I would like to see a way to keep action plan in Clarizen besides the project schedule. Integrate Risk management and ...

Good tool for Request Management
What do you like best? Clarizen helped us to get the resource management organized. It is easy to view overloaded resources and to see what is currently in progress, etc.. What do you dislike? Good way to organize ongoing tasks
What do you like best? Insight into past tasks, ability to track time logged to tasks, ability to set repeat tasks ahead of deadlines, ability to toggle between different dashboards. What do you dislike? I get lost with the many tasks, this may be a user error, but i do get lost in the platform. Also, not as intuitive on my end to set deadlines or be reminded of an upcoming tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest ...

Clarizen is good for portfolio reporting, bad for project managing.
What do you like best? I like that it has the ability to generate reports across multiple projects. I like that it provides the flexibility to store something dynamic like a project plan, as well as static information such as Customer's software version (using custom fields) in one location. All of which can then be queried with a report. What do you dislike? I find very fundamental tasks to be overly difficult or unavailable: - expanding all tasks/sub-tasks - importing a ...

The most easily customisable enterprise software
What do you like best? The best thing about Clarizen One is how customisable it is. An administrator can extend Clarizen's data model by adding fields and even entirely new objects to the system, then access those objects via workflows, custom actions, open API and custom panels, which support HTML/CSS/Javascript. This means it is possible to use Clarizen to develop possibly any solution imaginable. Whatever our users have thrown at us in the past 3 years in terms of requirements, we ...

Great Product, Even Better Support
What do you like best? While the functionality of the system is impressive, the best thing about Clarizen is their commitment to their customers. We are a very demanding company, and require a lot of Clarizen's time and patience. They always make themselves available to us, no matter the demand. What do you dislike? There are so many capabilities within the product, it is somewhat difficult to know what functionalities can be leveraged. What problems are you solving with the ...

When you can do a lot, you want to do more...then you reach a limit of what is possible Recommendations to others considering the product: If your requirements and processes are clear, implementing the application is easier than you might expect; the support is really great; the Clarizen ...
