What do you like best? I like the possibility to customize Clarizen based on your needs. It's a reach system, with lots of features and reports and everything. What do you like best? Smooth process to manage your projects. SLA tracking is awesome. Visibility into projects across the entire professional services portfolio. This gave us a better understanding of our teams and how they were utilized. What do you dislike? The User Guide is useless. Rest is honestly, not come to mind. Clarizen is amazing to help me keep on track

What do you like best? I love that I can see all my open jobs at once and easily prioritize my to-do list. What do you dislike? I don't have permissions to change due dates so I do have to ask someone else to change dates when we shave time from our timeline or when it's necessary to extend due dates. What do you like best? Insight into past tasks, ability to track time logged to tasks, ability to set repeat tasks ahead of deadlines, ability to toggle between different dashboards. What do you like best? We switched from another system and the time reporting is so simple and easy. The tasks are there and you just record your hours. You can go back and add to it as well.
