Almost the best project management tool!

What do you like best? The UI of Clarizen is very intuitive once you are over the initial learning curve. The integration with Salesforce also seems to be seamless. However, the best advantage of using Clarizen is the depth of customization offered. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to operating the UI. Large data sets being displayed on the screen are not handled especially well with scrolling being interrupted by load times. The dashboard does ...

Good tool for Request Management

What do you like best? Clarizen helped us to get the resource management organized. It is easy to view overloaded resources and to see what is currently in progress, etc.. What do you dislike? It is not easy to create more than 1 task and assign them to the same request. Custom Reporting should be simplified What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to see the time spent on each project and as an overall time for each ...

A wonderful partner: dedicated to adding value and driving business success

What do you like best? The team - it's a true partnership. The dedication. How configurable the product it is. What do you dislike? A few gaps exist in the current functionality which need to be closed to enable a better ux and better management of the associated project finances. The good news is that the team have identified the gaps and are working with their customers to close the gaps as quickly as possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Once you get used to Clarizen, you can't let go.

What do you like best? What I love the most about Clarizen is the way the projects, people, tasks, timesheets, reports - EVERYTHING is seamlessly linked to each other. Although I do log my hours in Clarizen, I am not a project management user - I use the tool in a more holistic way. The data clarizen collects and the capacity to create great reports allows me and my team to make key business decisions. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's not that intuitive and it takes some ...

Clarizen making the life of a PM so much easier

What do you like best? I like the way the dates are listed and how you can push out a task and other dependent tasks get pushed out as well What do you dislike? There isn't much that I dislike about it. I guess if I had to pick something I think the navigation can sometimes be a little clunky What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use to track projects in Excel. It did not provide visibility to leadership and was difficult to ...

Project Management made easy

What do you like best? It provides for centralised project management which leads to an easy way to view the company's current projects and resource allocation. What do you dislike? Status reports offer a bit too much detail to send to customers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Clarizen One offers an easy to use solution from managing projects to reporting on them. It provides a birds eye view of the organisation which allows for greater rewards from ...

Clarizen is good for portfolio reporting, bad for project managing.

What do you like best? I like that it has the ability to generate reports across multiple projects. I like that it provides the flexibility to store something dynamic like a project plan, as well as static information such as Customer's software version (using custom fields) in one location. All of which can then be queried with a report. What do you dislike? I find very fundamental tasks to be overly difficult or unavailable: - expanding all tasks/sub-tasks - importing a ...
