average tool but 5 stars customer support / expert
3 starts for the tool but 5 stars for the customer service / expert. No the most efficient software to find malware (it wasn't able to get rid of my search hijacker problem) but i ended up in the chat with one of their expert (Noelle) and she found the root cause of the problem and fixed it. She explained everything she was doing along the way, first through chat then took over my laptop. Very happy with the customer support and results! thanks again.

Amazing service by Jake 10/10 would recommend
Amazing service by Jake, I had downloaded some annoying malware on my laptop and via remote control he was able to find it and remove it making my laptop run normally again! 10/10 would recommend this app as it keeps your computer safe from any type of malware! Thanks!

I wanted to say thank you Jake and Brianna for helping get rid of the yahoo search engine on my safari and google chrome. They both did an amazing job helping my through the process of getting removing malicious files and etc.
