What do you like best? I like that everything is on the platform and you don't have to toggle to different software or fields. What do you dislike? The cost can be somewhat of a factor. The benefit of using teams is that you have microsoft tools available too, but like I said earlier, I prefer Cisco where everything is in the platform and you don't waste time. What do you like best? The most helpful part of this platform is that it is very user friendly. What do you dislike? The one thing I would say was an issue is that sometimes people cannot connect if their systems are not up to date, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has made things easier in having meetings with community partners as staff while being shelter in place

What do you like best? Helps streamline team work with the ability to share files and have a video meeting all in one. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything to dislike about it at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This Application is pretty straight forward. It is has some outstanding features.

What do you like best? Apart from the most commonly found features like the white board and screen sharing. I enjoy using the instant and quick doc. sharing feature when it comes to my team meetings.
