What do you like best? Persistent Chat GIFS! Fileshare Integration with CUCM (we are on EFT) What do you dislike? I really don't like that it starts with Video and I can't seem to turn if off What problems are you solving with the product? Platform support is great
What do you like best? More and more people are on Teams so it is becomning a viable means of instant messaging. It makes it easy to get in touch with Cisco employees. What do you dislike? The interface isn't necessarily intuitive. I can't count the number of times someone has inadvertently dialed a WebEx board. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplifies collaboration and reduces travel.

WebEx Teams - Very Good Even With The Free Version
What do you like best? I'm able to interface with my account time directly, which is an amazing benefit. Faster than eMail. More robust than eMail. What do you dislike? The interface sometimes feels a little off. I'm torn between wanting it to do more and being afraid that it might become too cluttered.
