What do you like best? I like the persistant chat and being able to share documents that stay saved in the chat. What do you dislike? Doesn't show status like jabber which users don't like What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The persistant chat, with jabber we occasinally have to reset it and it loses all chat history

What do you like best? simple, ease of use. Just works well.Reminds me of slack What do you dislike? There is no slack integration. That would make it easier for me to connect with those not using webex. Set the example. Recommendations to others considering the product: Phone app works well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? seperate issues from different teams. cuts down on noise.

What do you like best? I like rhe features which cater to non-IT savy employees. This makes for a pleasan t user experience which fosters a feeling of confidence and not scares away users. What do you dislike? I'm using the product in a pilot mode and have not yet formed my list of dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Abilty to collanborate with teams both within the campus as well as enterprise wide and beyond.

Convenient group messaging software
What do you like best? I like that you can have multiple groups for one team and that you can start a video conference straight from it. I also like that it is integrated directly with WebEx. What do you dislike? I wish that it would syncs with your outlook calendar to show whether or not you are in a meeting. WebEx is AWESOME
What do you like best? Collaboration and meetings with one touch of a button What do you dislike? Some of it's features are only offered in the cloud. As a customer, I am looking for either a full on-prem or hybrid solution as I represent my country's Government. If all features that are offered in the cloud, on-prem, that would be preferable.
