Re-enables drive-by requests when you are remote

What do you like best? Decent IM app. Able to be subscribed to multiple conversations at any given time. What do you dislike? I do not like IM apps in general because they re-enable users to virtually walk-up and disturb my workflows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If you need a quick answer to something but don't want to deal with Outlook then this is a good alternative.

What do you like best? I love the integration of the meeting functionality within the chat left rail, it's a good navigation and easy to understand What do you dislike? Not that many, the actual meeting via WebEx teams is wonky so I use the chat separately from a WebEx meeting via the web browser What problems are you solving with the product?
