Easy collaboration across the entire organization
What do you like best? Webex Teams makes it easy to connect and collaborate with my teammates, on any device, wherever I'm at. Also updates are constantly pushed so I know the developer is staying current and patching bugs. What do you dislike? Navigating to additional features, such as setting flags in spaces, surveys, etc.. could be more easily highlighted and able to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a simple, ...

Another Cisco Tool
What do you like best? There has been clear effort towards bringing this tool up to speed in terms of features since the various mergers. If you are looking for a way to resell a chat system for some reoccurring revenue, Webex does have a decent platform built around this that you can manage yourself. Markup language support is a bonus, although not extremely well implemented. The SparkBoards are a really cool and smooth way of getting ideas up in a collaborative space. But ...

Good tool for quick communication
What do you like best? I like that you can quickly send messages and files that are normally too large for Outlook. I also really enjoy the gif options and emojis. What do you dislike? I wish there was a status bar like in Jabber. I like knowing when people are in meetings, on the phone or presenting. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s great for fast messaging What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

WebEx Team - Best for Communication !!
What do you like best? I like the WebEx team the most as its interface is genuinely good and is very user friendly to use. No training is required on how to use it, where your training cost is reduced drastically. It is best for collaboration with multiple team across boundaries under different time zones. It helps connecting people and remain updated with the present. Features like instant messaging, video conference makes the app more stronger with its best quality support. ...

Not horrible, but not the most user friendly
What do you like best? It has a majority of the webex meeting features, but for free. What do you dislike? Invitees have to create an account, and that can be frustrating for people and make them not want to use the service. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep in mind that this is free software. It will not give you all the benefits of Cisco Webex Meetings, but it is sufficient for the employee that only has one or two web meetings a month. As an ...

Easy to use networking tool w/ direct integration to WebEx Meetings
What do you like best? I love the ability to create specific spaces with project team members and project names called out. It's much better than having to create a new space each time you want to discuss a project. I also love that it has a social networking feel with GIFs, profile pictures, and team chats. Other features I enjoy are the ability to reply to a specific IM, even if it's not the last one in the chat, branded logos which make it feel personalized, and the Teams feature ...

Re-enables drive-by requests when you are remote
What do you like best? Decent IM app. Able to be subscribed to multiple conversations at any given time. What do you dislike? I do not like IM apps in general because they re-enable users to virtually walk-up and disturb my workflows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If you need a quick answer to something but don't want to deal with Outlook then this is a good alternative.
