We have been using Cisco web meetings in our organization, primarily by our customers. It is quite user friendly and has all sort of options that helps in organizing a meeting smoothly. We have faced some issues with the audio in this software couple of times. Rest everything is perfect. Cisco web meetings is being used in our organization by our customer. My experience with Cisco Webex meetings

when i used it for the first time for management training, we had 12 people and all of us were on different platforms like (Mac, windows, Android phone) and webex worked really well, it exceeded my expectations when i copared it with apps i used previously like zoom,duo etc, you can do audio and video both or just either.
