What I like is the outstanding picture quality of the meetings set up with this software. I can understand the participants really good because of the excellent audio quality. I like that I turn off the camera and don't need to use it. In case I have a question but don't want to interrupt the conversation, I can use the private chat feature during the meeting. We are able to schedule and setup meetings as needed. We can present and screen share which is very helpful in an educational environment. Easy to use software. Connection issues seem to occur in areas of campus where WiFi has a low strength signal. We can setup meetings with faculty staff and students who are located in multiple buildings simultaneously.

An excellent product from Cisco for meetings

the user interface, ease of installation and ease of access sometimes, the plugin gives the issues by hanging, i felt it might be because of my laptop or my internet connection, but we (most of our team mates) have the same issues. go ahead and use it. by having conference meetings both audio and video we do not have to travel much to have a face to face meeting to resolve lot of issues during the operations.
