The most useful feature about webex is I can use it over browser without any application. It helps me when I am not using my system and I had to attend/ organize any meeting. Not satisfied

Easy to connect and add more contestants. Invite method is very good. Complexity compared to other softwares. The User Interface is much more complicated. Main problem being UI issues.

Skype for Business

Easy integration with email such as Outlook. Easy to use, all easy silder such as Chat, Participant, etc. Found 2 major issues: (1) Getting audio latency with latest version. (2) noise cancellation is not working as expected. Team collaboration.

Buttons need to become more intuitive but it is a good solution

The design of the software feels lighter and more accessible than Zoom. Oh, and the option to blur the background is a great addition for these times were your background is most likely your home. The feature that notifies and makes a sound when you mute yourself. If you are in a video meeting with several people the sound can become really distracting. It has been great to replace monthly calls within our board but also to schedule meetings with clients and advisors.

The options are very easy to host a meeting or join a meeting. The meeting recordings are automatically stored on cloud and no money is charged which is a best part. It's also very friendly to use.
