Cisco has the Best Product

The streaming quality is much higher than other video conferencing services. Nothing. This product always leaves me satisfied and I will never use a competitor's video conferencing service again. We can easy meetings from our own homes. These meetings are actually more effective than our in-person meetings.

the ability to use it across all platforms , pcs tablets laptops cellphones at time when you chose to use the browser version of the platform that it takes long or does not open they should reach out to companies directly and offer them trial they may then be incline to keep to platform , that was the case why we chose to keep the other solution he need to have our weekly meeting on a secure and stable platform during work from home , ease of use screen share doc share etc

Recording option and the fact that we could sync it with Outlook. the only thing that slight bothers me is the user interface. Perhaps that can be improved. I highly recommend Cisco Webex Meetings as it has enabled many to communicate and delivery necessary message and services that would have been hindered by Covid-19 restrictions. Remote meetings as well as deployment of solutions where site visit is restricted due to COVID-19.

Easy to use. Necessary to do business

WebEx may not be filled with frills, but it gets business done. Don’t get me wrong, they are continually adding features and making improvements every week. They are not the bleeding edge. That’s OK. Working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors, i often need assistance with software. Webex meetings allows for these vendors to get on remotely and interact with my pc environment and offer support. It's truly priceless being able to have someone look at a problem without having to come out to site.
