Lesser features as comapred to zoom and microsoft meetings

Maintains a good speed because it has lesser features compares to other such applications. File sharing in Cisco webex meetings is also more convienent. Not the best of the user friendly tools around. Have to drag here and there for finding different features. Theme is also too dark for an online meeting during the day. Great meeting software with good options

Meeting interface, Audio/Video support and quality meeting and schedules reminder Chat and way the participants boxes/icons arranged could be improved. All our day to day meetings with clients/internal business stakeholders.

Multifunction work app I use.

The best aspect of Cisco Webex is the multi-functionality of the software. For new users, it can be a bit of a challenge to properly navigate all the options. Issues such as false mute happens every so often. take some time to play with it before using for a meeting. As a group this solves many covid quarantine issues. It allows video meetings across the company. It allows in a central location all required communication functions, chat, calls, meetings, and presentation.

Cisco at its best in communication

Less bandwidth requirement for meetings and collaboration. Feature rich application and keeps on updating with new features. There are issue when integrated with Outlook, if a scheduled meeting is cancelled in Outlook, Webex application Meetings tab doesn't get updates on Cell phone app. Meetings with anyone across globe is made simple, here it comes - Cisco Webex Audio Visual Meetings, screen sharing, Quick Support to end users.

The ability to use chat during the call. Sometimes coworkers use the same link and end up alone in the call while everyone else is on another call We are able to collaborate remotely.

Product with all the necessary options for conference

One of the best feature I like we can record every conference meeting with crystal clear voice and video. I first used it in 2016 for some trial basis.
