I like the ease of scheduling meetings and the user-friendly options it provides. It was a challenge to schedule people in different time zones. there was not an option to help keep it simple. The company i worked with that used it the most, offered courses in journalism. The problem was keeping everyone engaged, and WebEX made it easier with the option of the host to give control to different participants.

Easy to use with fearures to take notes and sharing

Its easy to use and can be joined by using the browser itself and don't have to download the temporary exe file as well. Easy to share the screen and the also has separate space to take notes and save them for later. When sharing the screen others and [person sharing can annotate so that its easy for pointing them to something specific to have a look at and understand. This was a nice alternative when I couldn't do a video conference but still needed to meet.

I was able to still meet with my co-workers to discuss concerns and address them over the phone. It seemed like the process was kind of clunky and had multiple steps in order to make it possible to use. I was able to meet with my co-workers in the midst of COVID-19 and still attend the usual business matters of our every day work life.

I don't find Webex to be the most sophisticated or user-friendly, but it gets the job done.

WebEx works for videoconferencing with colleagues. I prefer Zoom or other videoconferencing platforms that seem more modern and user-friendly. Also consider other platforms before deciding to use Webex (e.g., Zoom) Videochatting with colleagues while working remotely during the pandemic.

Cisco Webex is easy to use. It has better features compared to most of the video conferencing tools. Cisco Webex Meetings is used for my day to day meeting and training. I use it for my personal meetings as well as for work. When I have to work from home, I can easily schedule a meeting and join with my colleagues. I don't have any dislikes at the moment.
