Robust web conferencing tool

I like that the Webex app works pretty well. Once it's downloaded, it isn't too tough to gain access to the conferencing features. I also like that it's robust with a lot of features. I don't like that the tool can be temperamental. I've had issues using it in the past where it was glitchy. Since in-person instruction has been limited, I use Webex a few ways: 1. Okay, but not as smooth as the competition

It is a decent software to hold video conferences. The interface is very intuitive. In comparison to other programs, the sound and/or video is often delayed, and this also causes sound/vid mismatches. This is especially true for larger meetings. We have run larger meetings in cases where other software could not be used due to safety concerns. Supposedly (not sure if this is true) Webex is safer for that.

I like the best feature as the connectivity is very strong even if the network is on the slower side I have always had strong connection in both audio and video calls. Also even its free tier allows up to 100 participants and doesn't limit the duration how long we can hold any meeting. It works fine with limited bandwidth too. Easy to use. I think they should add a chat option too. I found it easy to use even when my internet bandwidth is not that good.
