Seamless Intergration
What do you like best? Super easy tool that combines gmail instead of trying to adopt into Salesforce. It gives our organization a lot more tracking capabilities and makes everyone's life in Sales easier as well. Especially the calendar invite function! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Salesforce integration is the best I have ever experienced! Ease of use and fluid UI What do you dislike? It has been a great way to track my sales and opening statistics to help know when to follow up.
What do you like best? Ease of use and ease of reading the stats. What do you dislike? It can occasionally be glitchy. I would like it to be more consistent. Recommendations to others considering the product: More consistency less hiccups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have to have if you log all communication in Salesforce
What do you like best? With just one click, all of my email communication is logged in Salesforce. Very easy to create new contacts through Cirrus as well. What do you dislike? If it ever goes down!
