Great tracking

What do you like best? I like how we can track the number of opened messages. Also the easy access of SFDC records without going to another tab/window. What do you dislike? Sometimes the extension is not working and it takes time to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking of emails. Checking of SFDC records very easily.

Fantastic tool to understand your customers better and sync with Salesforce

What do you like best? Knowing when my customers have opened emails and what links they have clicked on. I also like the ability to add/edit customers in Salesforce directly in your email. What do you dislike? I would give this tool a 10 if it automatically synced with Salesforce when you start Gmail What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? issues while working from home on VPN

What do you like best? Having the ability to see when important emails are opened and when links are clicked is a very valuable feature. Also, the app notifies me in real-time of these instances. What do you dislike? The system occasionally gives a false positive thinking that a link has been clicked, even when the email hasn't been opened. Additionally, during VPN use while working from home, it doesn't work unless we use Firefox. The Chrome extension has been broken for a while. ...

What do you like best? It's integration into SalesForce via gmail. What do you dislike? Have had issues in the past with campaigns. Not the most intuitive. It's a very simple tool, prefer outreach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It works for automation and tracking activity.

Great insights but lots of technical issues

What do you like best? The Insights Cirrus provides are great - it is super valuable to know whether my prospects/clients open my emails and/or even click on the links I shared. This is probably the one thing I value the most about their offering. What do you dislike? I've had tons of technical issues with Cirrus Insights and I have to reconnect Salesforce on a regular basis. Usually about once a month it stops working without any notification, my emails are not being logged ...

Extremely useful but sometime glitchy

What do you like best? I love the functionality of Cirrus. Being able to track email opens, link clicks, and timing when an email gets sent out is incredibly useful. In my current role, I am constantly engaging with individuals across the energy sector and as a result, I need a way to keep track of my engagements and send out those engagements efficiently.
