What do you like best? Cirrus helps me to track whether the recipient has opened the email, providing me with the knowledge that my email reached the intended audience and/or that is was engaging. Great at tracking emails and saves time when the emails are recorded on SalesForce
What do you like best? My favorite feature and the one I use the most is the tracking of emails. Since my job relies on 90% of email exchange knowing when it was open and if the links were clicked are extremely useful for me. I also like that everything is recorded automatically to SalesForce which saves me a lot of time. Cirrus Insight continues to provide insight on a daily basis
What do you like best? Streamlined admin assistance integrations. To name a few, salesforce integration helps us to document customer interactions in an automated process. Link detection enables us to see client email interactions and clicks on valuable links. What do you dislike? Efficiency at it's finest
What do you like best? The ability to log contacts quickly and view clicks and engagement on the email directly. What do you dislike? Occasional random failing on chrome and lack of logging at random times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email communication efficiency and logging inside of Salesforce. I could never go back!

Cirrus has become an important tool to assist me with my job.
What do you like best? I like how the program allows me to monitor my email and see who is opening them when sent. What do you dislike? Sometimes it doesn't open properly and I have to start over for the day. Recommendations to others considering the product: Cirrus is another great tool to make your staff successful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing which emails are effective and which ones are not.

I'd recommend Cirrus Insight to a colleague
What do you like best? The Salesforce integration is great. It's really helpful to keep track of emails to my contacts. What do you dislike? Occasionally Cirrus logs out on my email. That's one thing I'd like to see change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cirrus has helped me to keep better track of emails. I love that it integrates with out contact records on Salesforce.

Great concept, some functionality issues
What do you like best? The cirrus integration into gmail makes saving emails and contacts much more efficient than logging into Salesforce. For users interacting with a fair number of external people, it makes the process simple. Also, their nonprofit discount is significant. What do you dislike? Cirrus is a little clunky. Lots of capabilities from 1 simple tool
What do you like best? We've continually searched for a comparable tool to Cirrus and haven't found one that brings all of the capabilities that Cirrus does - Email tracking, Google Email and Calendar integration, deep SFDC integration and access from within Gmail.
