"Cirrus Sync does a great job in the background!"

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? I use the sync tool to sync emails from gmail (gsuite) to salesforce. Once it's configured, you don't need to do anything at all! What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? I can't think of any downsides (though I wish Salesforce included this functionaity for free) What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? "Super time saving tool"

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? It was so easy to install and there was virtually no training needed to start using it. With a click of a button my activities are recorded in Salesforce. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? The ability to log activities and email into SF with the click of a button is invaluable. As a sales person, reducing the amount of time I spend each day on non-sales-related activities is crucial to my success. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? I can see Opportunity data right in my inbox and sync an email to a Contact or Opportunity with ease! What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? It would be nice to sync an email/calendar invite to a Contact, Account and Opportunity, but I don't think that is possible at this time. But it's not a significant issue!
