Easy accountability

What do you like best? The best part are the notifications I receive updating me whether someone opened my email, this gives me the ability to follow up instantly while I know they're using their phone while also updating info in salesforce What do you dislike? Straightforward and simple

What do you like best? I like it is pretty fast and simple to set up a reminder task. I also like the comment box that allows you to write the exact reminder. What do you dislike? I do not like that many times it is automatically desynchronized from the email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To set up reminders to reply to emails.

Cirrus-ly Changed the Way I Do My Work

What do you like best? I love how fast I am able to access Salesforce while I am sending emails. What do you dislike? I don't like not being able to access Dashboards on the Sidebar. Recommendations to others considering the product: Adding mini Dashboards at the bottom of the Sidebar. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My efficiency in my job has increased.

Cirrus Insight

What do you like best? It is efficient for sure. I like how I can reference emails in my crm without having to manually log. What do you dislike? Seems to be many system errors. Additionally, it takes up too much space in my gmail. I feel i lose email visibility with lost space for really no good reason. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to manually log emails.

Cirrus Insight Instant Time Saver

What do you like best? I love how Cirrus Insight saves me so much time in my day! I love knowing who opens my emails! Cirrus insight links up with my gmail and allows me to track so many different things. We use this software with salesforce and it's great for keeping record of emails and communication. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Cirrus allows me to add emails into Salesforce by using its Gmail add-on functionality. With its sidebar I can easily complete numerous tasks with one click add/complete tasks. I am able to keep track of contact information, opportunity details and email tagging information. Excellent system for email tracking

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The email tracking is excellent and it is accurate as well. You can quickly open a contact or lead record in Salesforce directly from your Gmail inbox and also automatically log emails into Salesforce. The “Book a Meeting” feature offers good potential and this also goes for the integrated apps roadmap. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
