What do you like best? The upsides are the templates and the statistics that Cirrus records What do you dislike? It makes my email be realyl slow. it lags and slows down my whole computer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped with logging emails to keep track of them in Salesforce.

Useful tool but can have some janky technical issues from time to time
What do you like best? Logging our emails to Salesforce to our specific accounts are very helpful. It prevents us from having to this manually. Also the follow up tool I find very useful. What do you dislike? I find the connection between salesforce and Cirrus is broken often and im either having to update or logging back in for the connection to be made. What do you like best? Big fan of the email integration so I can easily and quickly log activities into our CRM. Side panel spits out details on my prospects that are helpful before, during and after conversations. What do you dislike? It seems to be clunky at times. It will often slow down my email system, sometimes to the point of crashing it. In turn that often means logging back in. What do you like best? The ability to track emails including open rates and clicks What do you dislike? Lagging email logs into salesforce, campaigns never work What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expedite email process, merge email templates, has been very beneficial in terms of sending emails quickly

When it works, it's brilliant.
What do you like best? I enjoy that I can quickly and efficiently add contacts and check on their activity while opening an email from them. All of the information is right at my fingertips. What do you dislike? Cirrus often causes my Outlook to crash. I've worked with tech support on this, but we never came to a conclusion. It's a shame, because it's very useful when it works, however it has disrupted my work days enough that I find I utilize it's functionality less and less, ...

Good way of tracking e-mail engagement
What do you like best? Helps track who and when e-mails are opened to prospects. What do you dislike? Somewhat glitchy sometimes. Sometimes it'll state someone has opened an e-mail over 100 times in a minute or that they opened it in a state that they are not in. What problems are you solving with the product? Cirrus Insight Making Email Easier
What do you like best? Cirrus Insight connects my Salesforce account to my email and makes my job so much easier because of it. I don't have to worry about saving emails or tracking anything. Cirrus Insight does it all for me. What do you dislike? One of the things I like least about Cirrus Insight is that sometimes it slows my computer down. What do you like best? Incredibly convenient, seamlessly integrates with Salesforce to manage our workflows. What do you dislike? Nothing at this moment, it meets my needs.
