What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? It is great for logging emails and connecting to Salesforce from ONE application. It makes easy for keeping records. "Best Email Tracker"
What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? It's so easy to setup, implement, and we use it all the time. Integrating is simple plus support has been there for us every step of the way. Plentiful features. We use it all the time. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? Nothing as of yet. It's done it's job quite well. What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to more easily track emails which saves us a lot of time.

"Helpful connection from Gmail to Salesforce - so great!"
What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? Cirrus helps with setting meetings with prospects and connecting all our email conversations into our CRM (Salesforce). It's very helpful with those processes. What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? It is a little bit wonky design wise and always logs me out. I wish those two things were fixed. "Incredibly useful and automates scheduling!"
What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? Once set up it is easy to copy and paste a scheduling link thus eliminating having to write out available dates and times for meetings What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? It can be difficult to navigate and set up the scheduling links at first. What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? Cirrus Insight allows me to share a link to get clients scheduled to meet with me with ease.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? The willingness and flexibility of the support Team! Thanks Again, Keith! What do you dislike about Cirrus Insight? The only downside is not enough people are using Cirrus. What problems is Cirrus Insight solving and how is that benefiting you? I was having reoccurring issues with Email Syncing and Keith Finelli was always ready to jump on a call to assist me.

What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? I've used Cirrus insight for several years, it has enabled me to efficiently use my inbox and CRM at the same time. It has numerous features that are both helpful, but also saves me time. I can write emails log them efficiently, I can read emails and know they will sync to my CRM. What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? To be able to add emails at contact even opportunity level so we can keep track and information in one place. "Great help to the sales team"
What do you like best about Cirrus Insight? We use Cirrus to track email and calendar activity from Outlook. The best part about Cirrus is this allows us to use the data in reporting and some other features we have set up in Salesforce since the builtin feature for this in Salesforce doesn't put a hard record in but a "cloud" record you can see in Salesforce but can not pull reporting on.
