What do you like best? Cirrus has made it easier to manage email and Salesforce contacts. What do you dislike? I have noticed that the cirrus bar sometimes is unistalled and not available. What do you like best? I like the fact is easy to use without jumping into other platform. What do you dislike? I miss the fact that doesn't help me much to organize my daily tasks. When it works, Cirrus Insight is really helpful in that it syncs your emails directly to your CRM platform (such as Salesforce) and enables you to track your outreach and manage follow up. Use the salesforce Chrome extension instead

What do you like best? Originally this was a great Chrome extension to log emails onto the appropriate salesforce records, add contacts and leads to salesforce etc What do you dislike? Too often it would stop working and I would have to close gmail, turn the extension off and back on, and then restart Chrome. Performance Issues ruin a potentially good product

What do you like best? The plug in in outlook that allows you to easily add contacts to salesforce is very helpful. Also having a customers contact info available at a glance when you click their email is great. What do you dislike? This application kills the performance on the computers at our organization. Valuable, if sometimes frustrating

What do you like best? Integration with Outlook is solid, especially the ability to quickly add contacts and edit fields. It's also nice to be able to quickly modify which fields are able to be viewed on the side panel. What do you dislike? Cirrus seems to require a lot of either CPU or RAM, which causes MOST of our users to have their outlook lock up and often crash. It helps me a lot with saving time since it automatically import all my emails to our CRM.

What do you like best? The integration between the CRM and Our Tools that saves a lot of time What do you dislike? When you send an email to several people it does not tell you who has viewed it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use frequently so you can take advantage of all its features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives me a quick view of pending tasks, meetings, etc.
