Valuable, if sometimes frustrating

What do you like best? Integration with Outlook is solid, especially the ability to quickly add contacts and edit fields. It's also nice to be able to quickly modify which fields are able to be viewed on the side panel. What do you dislike? Cirrus seems to require a lot of either CPU or RAM, which causes MOST of our users to have their outlook lock up and often crash. Use the salesforce Chrome extension instead

What do you like best? Originally this was a great Chrome extension to log emails onto the appropriate salesforce records, add contacts and leads to salesforce etc What do you dislike? Too often it would stop working and I would have to close gmail, turn the extension off and back on, and then restart Chrome. Great Functionality but Buggy

What do you like best? I like the strong ability to create and update records, even custom objects. I love being able to sync emails, meetings and tasks to record in Salesforce. I like the ability to even attach attachments! What do you dislike? The code is sometimes not thorough and buggy. Works better than BCC for tracking

What do you like best? Automatically tracks emails without auto logging. What do you dislike? It is not the most stable application, it has issues with working 100% of the time. A lot of team members can't use it on their computer becuase it can screw with outlook really bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with tracking emails and logging them in Salesforce making it a lot easier to keep on top of past interactions
