A useful tool for quickly and easily moving emails to Salesforce

What do you like best? Cirrus allows me to easily tag important email exchanges and move them to Salesforce. It also syncs with my calendar so that I can make changes to my Google calendar and those changes are reflected on the calendar my clients interface with to make appointments. What do you dislike? Very good tool with minor problems

What do you like best? What I like best about Cirrus Insight is, that I don´t have to put Mails in SalesForce manually anymore. I always see if the contact I am writing to is in SalesForce, yet. It is really a big benefit in my daily work to have a tool seamlessly integrated into my Google Mail Account. Performance Issues ruin a potentially good product

What do you like best? The plug in in outlook that allows you to easily add contacts to salesforce is very helpful. Also having a customers contact info available at a glance when you click their email is great. What do you dislike? This application kills the performance on the computers at our organization. This is across the board, not just on my individual laptop. We pay for this service, but most people at our company have uninstalled and just use the salesforce bcc instead. ...

What do you like best? Most helpful in my opinion is the automated synchronization to salesforce. Every Email i send or receive is automatically copied into my salesforce data base. This way i, or anybody in the company, never loses track. Also nice is the tracking function that shows you if someone already opened the e-mail or not, when did he opened it and so on.
