Simple to Use - Powerful input to Salesforce

What do you like best? I love working from my email and being able to simply click "Add to Salesforce" to get my engagement with my recruit documented. Way better than working in LinkedIn to engage with recruits. Being able to view the transaction in Salesforce with just a click is also a great feature. What do you dislike? Every moment until you learn how to reduce the size of the CI display when you don't need it is a pain. But once you learn how to do it it takes no time at all. ...

What do you like best? Intuitive design and easy to use based on my experience integrating with Gmail. What do you dislike? Encounters errors from time to time which disables the sync with Gmail. At times it is quite frustrating to re-sync. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Productivity and activity tracking. What do you like best? When it works, Cirrus Insight is really helpful in that it syncs your emails directly to your CRM platform (such as Salesforce) and enables you to track your outreach and manage follow up. Nice tool to track everything in your email

What do you like best? It really helps you to know everything that happens related with your mails (statistics of open rate, response rate, ...). Also, the integration with Salesforce it's awesome: when I send an email to one of the customers, tracks automatically the event and the content. What do you dislike?
