Good but buggy
What do you like best? Integration with SF can be quite good, when it's working What do you dislike? There are lots of times when Cirrus shuts down. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the email reminders What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for keeping everything tracked in SF and additionally the reminder bells as it returns to your inbox is particularly helpful.

Email Tracking and Salesforce made simple
What do you like best? Cirrus allows me and my sales team the ability to seamlessly track outbound emails in Salesforce. What do you like best? I like that Cirrus makes it easy for our Sales reps to track their communications with clients with minimal need for administration by our systems team. What do you dislike? I've experienced some performance issues with Gmail while using Cirrus at past orgs. This seems to have been mitigated however. What problems are you solving with the product? Excellent email tracking
What do you like best? Cirrus insight is incredibly helpful when tracking email (this is the only function I use it for). Cirrus links well with Salesforce and allows me to type in a case number and add my email communication to a case for everyone to view. This is an excellent time saver and it streamlines my processes. It has allowed for more information to be spread quickly and it is easier to get the information where it needs to go. Reliable tool to access our member account information, send email campaigns, schedule meetings, etc
What do you like best? The in email functionality allows you to set follow up reminders, schedule meetings, and generally manage your inbox seamlessly. What do you dislike? Cirrus Insight seems to "go down" on a regular basis. There could be improvements with reliability. Great way to connect Gmail to SF

Data Enrichment, but still kinda buggy and slow
What do you like best? I love the Salesforce integration. You're able to directly connect with a tab on the side of your email that gives SFDC details regarding the contacts you're interacting with. You can also always open the referenced contact directly in SFDC if you need to make edits or see more. What do you dislike? Great tool when it works
What do you like best? The email sync works great as well as the calender sync, it all look well intergrated into G Suite. What do you dislike? Logs me out from time to time and sometimes does not sync my emails well to SF. Simple to Use - Powerful input to Salesforce
What do you like best? I love working from my email and being able to simply click "Add to Salesforce" to get my engagement with my recruit documented. Way better than working in LinkedIn to engage with recruits. Being able to view the transaction in Salesforce with just a click is also a great feature. What do you dislike?
