Great tool
What do you like best? Like that it tracks emails to SFDC + allows you to link with google cal for availabilities to share with clients What do you dislike? Everyone once in a while it will be buggy Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great tool for adding email tracking to SFDC and calender scheduling What problems are you solving with the product? Cirrus insight makes connecting with customers easier
What do you like best? I love the reminders and send later feature. I work with a lot of customers and cant remember all of the things I need to follow up on myself. I love how I can bounce an email back after a week to ensure my customer received it and ask if they have any questions. It allows me to save time, and be customer first. I also love the ability to share my calendar avails with the click of a button. Its great that it updates on its own, once a meeting is booked or a ...

Seamless email productivity tool
What do you like best? The best thing about Cirrus insight is that I rarely notice it is there. It has become a seamless part of my daily work, it tracks my activity in my companies CRM under the correct accounts and contacts and monitors my email read and response rates which helps direct my future efforts. It also plugs into Gmail seamlessly and improves my email experience by following up email chains and setting reminders for future events and travel plans. What do you dislike? ...

Great for what we need.
What do you like best? I love that cirrus gives us the ability to sync everything so that logging things like emails no longer take extra unnecessary time. We used to spend to much time trying to keep SalesForce up to date (which often meant it wasn't), now that process happens in the background! What do you dislike? Relevant in everyday life.
What do you like best? Its integration with salesforce and gmail, generates reliable and important data for day-to-day and long-term use. The functions of tracking emails and sending later, are extremely useful. It synchronizes calendars with optimum efficiency. What do you dislike? The interface is not great and some hours fail. Excellent product Cirrus
What do you like best? Tracks emails and adds to salesforce. Can look at email and jump to the salesforce record. Send later feature great. Tracking opens helpful. What do you dislike? It doesn't always load well. Have to restart and clear cookies often. Would be great to be able to pull up all opened/click emails at once so could focus on following up with those people. Great communication integration tool!
What do you like best? Cirrus ties into my other apps that I use every single day at work, and easily tracks all my email communications. I like the tracking and analytics features on it as well, and it's a valuable tool that I use very often. Cirrus helps me decide when to call the client
What do you like best? Notifying me when someone looks at my email.I also like when we are able to get an update regarding how many times they log in online. What do you like best? Cirrus Insight offers 90% of what I need to utilize in Salesforce, right in my inbox. It saves me loads of time from switching back and forth from my inbox to the CRM.
