Easy to use, but it does not integrate with iMail on a Mac.

What do you like best? The dashboard and how easy it is to find emails. What do you dislike? No integration with iOS devices is frustrating. Beneficial for tracking client outreach, but too many other issues

What do you like best? That it automatically tracks my email and calls What do you dislike? It slows down my e-mail sends, if you aren't used to this at first you could go days with most of your emails ending up in drafts. When I turned on my calendar sync it duplicated all of my calendar events twice - creating 3 of every single event on my calendar. There is no way too automate the deletion so I need to do it manually and it messes up my meeting tracking numbers. What ...

What do you like best? What I like best about Cirrus Insights is that it easily integrates with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Takes up a lot of room on my email screen What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Still learning all the functionalities but I do like the email tracking function as well as the salesforce integration.

Great service but could use some UI/UX tweaks

What do you like best? My favorite features are the email tracking and the ability to create Salesforce tasks from an email. What do you dislike? The process to send mass emails is too convoluted. What do you like best? Its integration with salesforce and gmail, generates reliable and important data for day-to-day and long-term use. The functions of tracking emails and sending later, are extremely useful. It synchronizes calendars with optimum efficiency. What do you dislike? The interface is not great and some hours fail. Excellent product Cirrus

What do you like best? Tracks emails and adds to salesforce. Can look at email and jump to the salesforce record. Send later feature great. Tracking opens helpful. What do you dislike? It doesn't always load well. Have to restart and clear cookies often. Would be great to be able to pull up all opened/click emails at once so could focus on following up with those people. Great communication integration tool!

What do you like best? Cirrus ties into my other apps that I use every single day at work, and easily tracks all my email communications. I like the tracking and analytics features on it as well, and it's a valuable tool that I use very often. What do you like best? Notifying me when someone looks at my email.I also like when we are able to get an update regarding how many times they log in online.
