Strong Integration, Sometimes Glitchy, Overall Would Recommend
What do you like best? Cirrus integrated with Salesforce well and logs all activity very easily. This allows for a unified method for all users to stay on top of logging their information in the CRM. The template settings for emails and the ability to populate from Salesforce CRM criteria is also fantastic. Scheduling meeting for Google Calendar is also a good feature as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Gmail extension is a bit glitchy. Other times it will double log emails ...

I like the features that Cirrus Insights provides.

Cirrus is an efficiency tool, take the time to get to know how it works and it will work for you
What do you like best? Haven't tried Attach.io but hear awesome things from my teams, for tracking & analysis! What do you dislike? Sometimes "buggy", whenever my Gmail account requires a new password or logs me out, I'm logged out of Cirrus and sometimes forget to log back in. ...

What do you like best? Stats like opens, clicks, and integration with Salesforce. I think the scheduling capabilities look good but haven’t used them yet. What do you dislike? There are no downsides about the tool, but I find that it can disconnect more often than I’d want from something like this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I feel like my emails aren’t being opened, I can check Cirrus to see whether they have or ...

Really helpful although I don't use all of its capabilities
What do you like best? I love being able to schedule follow up emails as they are critical to me when I need to check in on where things are at with a client. I also love the ability to send meeting schedules for the recipient to choose from, however, I don't use it as often as I should. The ability to choose email templates is also really valuable as it is shared across many of our teams and is useful for my support team for receiving vital information. What do you dislike? I ...
