  • Free tier includes substantial credits, easy to integrate into projects, and allows SSH to resolve issues directly in the build machine.

  • Offers easy interface for pipeline creation using YAML files, facilitating automation and progress tracking.

  • Excellent documentation and ease of integration with other technologies for users transitioning from DevOps/Sysadmin roles.

Great tool that has endless possibilities

What do you like best? The orb community is growing and really something to look forward to. Easy of setup and testing. The dashboard is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? There are not much that I dislike at this point. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but after upgrading to latest version and reading through documentation things are fairly easy to implement Recommendations to others considering the product: Patience! Take time to read the documentation. Lots of ...

Occasional Hiccups, over still the best CI!

What do you like best? I think what I like the most is the support for so many different systems and configurations that CircleCI is essentially your one-stop-shop for CI. This is especially useful in cross-platform projects like many of the ones I work with. What do you dislike? Every so often, CI just seems stalled out and can takes a while to recover. Not unlike any other alternative, but it’s an annoyance nonetheless. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

The esaies way to put to run CI/CD pipelines almos instantly

What do you like best? The simplicity with which I can automate the build, testing, and deployment workflow in a few very short-time. What do you dislike? It doesn't support manually trigger builds. Available metrics are a bit poor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has been helpful to automate the build, testing, and deployment process quickly in many projects. We can focus on app configuration files without having to worry ...

Software Engineer

What do you like best? I've used gitlab ci and github actions recently and I think the UI for circleci CI is the best by far. The platform has good integration with github which makes deploying code a lot nicer than in the past. Working with teams has also felt considerably easier coming from other platforms. What do you dislike? There are a few things I don't like very much, I feel that environment variables are sometimes hard to access in the ci scripts. In addition, the ...

What the fuck are orbs

What do you like best? Integration with existing services, configuration file by far the simplest I've used. Great user interface. Easy to get started (no lengthy introduction) What do you dislike? No mobile application. Third party tools available to do this, but wouldn't it be great if I could use it on my phone! What the fuck are orbs? Can you unabstract that please or unfurl what they are as constructs on a more technical level Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great CI for Bitbucket

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is stress free and it comes with a default YAML configuration that you can plug in and use. It gives room for scaling as well. What do you dislike? Speed of spunning up containers and running time is quite slow and makes work less productive when a ton of people are building. Recommendations to others considering the product: Increase build time for containers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
