"Cinc is great tool that needs to offer more for free!"

What do you like best about CINC? Cinc has been a great tool for keeping track of clients thus far. What do you dislike about CINC? Many of the best features are add one. The cost is high. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintaining and organizing my clients and leads much better then without it.
