What do you like best about CINC? My level of closed commissions has risen steady since joining CINC. Platform showing info about each lead. What do you dislike about CINC? Some leads are perturbed about having to enter their info in order to see photos. Those calls to perturbed leads are not a lot of fun. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? Securing interested clients from other states who are interested in relocating to our area.

What do you like best about CINC? On boarding training, training through the use of the platform and thier CINC University helps agents succeed and work through a battle-tested process. Cold calling may not be your thing, but their scripts, training and support make easy work of a not-so-fun part of the job. You don't have to reinvent the wheel if you just do as they tested, tried and succeeded at. The step by step process makes converting a lookieloo to an actual buyer/selling client. CINC ...

Prefer a 4x-5x return but more like 1x so far in 12 months. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating qualified buyers and sellers leads.

What do you like best about CINC? The leads are generally pretty good, and my account manager has been amazing and helpful with any question I have ever had. What do you dislike about CINC? The platform is only for people who will put in the work. It's not an easy button, and you really have to work the leads. I also wish I went to the 3 day course to how to really use it much sooner. I don't think I really understood how important it was to my success until I attended. What problems is ...

What do you like best about CINC? Lots of leads and opportunities aka "at bats" to try and qualify those buyers. What do you dislike about CINC? Not all quality verified leads. Not all info is accurate. For instance some of leads just change 1 digit in their phone and the number isn't verified. Or they'll enter the name as "John Doe" to gain access to the site What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? More leads and opportunities to connect with buyers.
