"Great platform - great support - accopunt reps are useless"

What do you like best about CINC? Customer service is ALWAYS available - fast friendly, and patient. The company cares about their agents - as evidenced during the pandemic. Refreshing. The training is also very good - and on-going. What do you dislike about CINC? The account reps - your main contact with the platform. The guy that onboarded me was excellent. What do you like best about CINC? If I don't get in touch with a client immediately CINC does that for me. What do you dislike about CINC? Some of the people who get to my site are not in areas I cover. Recommendations to others considering CINC: Make sure you know (from the start) all the things CINC can do for you or you may not get all the benefits. What do you like best about CINC? Its interface is extremely user friendly. It's simple & easier to find/do what you are looking to do. What do you dislike about CINC? There are some functionalities that don't exist that would be nice to have. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? Its extremely simple to do basic lead management, follow up, etc. Its supported our eTeam and our ISA team for months just fine.

The checklists have helped us maintain accountability throughout our transaction. It is also nice to have our leads' contact information available in a secure database. If everybody uses it correctly, this becomes the most helpful tool!
