"Account Planning Dream!"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? My favorite feature of ChurnZero would probably be the tasks, segments, and plays. I love that I can use tasks to create follow-up reminders for myself and log meeting notes. The segments help me so much with visibility into the health of my accounts and strategizing my account reviews. "Accessible Information and Streamlined Process"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ChurnZero platform has an incredibly user-friendly interface. My favorite thing is that information I would have to look for in many different places in our other system, sometimes going through multiple pages, I can now find in one place. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I really like over everything is visual. The graphs that are displayed when looking at usage on accounts is a great snapshot. The task creating is easy and history of events is easy to manage. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? "Easy to learn and execute."
What do you like best about ChurnZero? The UX is intuitive and effective. After a few days of using the software, I am able to get more than I ever thought possible out of it. I'm definitely not a tech-savvy person and I felt very competent. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I haven't been using the product very long so I haven't found anything troubling. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Lots of flexibility in the way you manage, report, and export your client data, and the multiple ways we can segment it. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't have any dislikes at all as of this time. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? ChurnZero solves for managing our book of business in one place with the ability to view and export data at the cadence of our liking.
