A CS tool helping businesses deliver better customer experiences does exist and it's here!
What do you like best? It's ability to create a single view of a customer an actual possibility. What do you dislike? I'd like to see options to create a customer meeting followup task that includes a tick list of all actions associated with one meeting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A single view of our customer base; management of renewals, QBRs and other critical journeys.

Helps me understand the health of my accounts
What do you like best? I like the customer service. We have a dedicated account manager that meets with us biweekly to answer any questions we have. What do you dislike? There is a learning curve in the beginning, just like there would be with any intricate software you are using. Very useful product
What do you like best? Churnzero has made reducing churn in our business very easy and insightful. We were previously using a number of different systmes to do find and reduce churn but we are now able to do all of this within ChurnZero. We can integrate it with a number of different softwares, like Gmail or Salesforce, and bring over fields from those softwares. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful Churnzero feature is it's data segmentation tools. Through Churnzero, I can easily create customized reports based on a wide range of attributes. Also, Churnzero can be customized to fit your organization's needs. We are able to pull data on Churnzero using attributes that are unique to our organization. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The implementation process was made much easier becasue ChurnZero is more like a partnership. They strive to understand what your key objectives are and work closely with you to help you achieve them. What do you like best? Our account manager is super helpful in helping us use the tool and clean up our data. What do you dislike? Reporting is a bit counter intuitive but once it is explained it makes sense. A great tool that keeps getting better
What do you like best? The data is very actionable and I don't spend my time watching dashboards or digging through account details. The system knows what is important for my workflow and surfaces the items that I need to be aware of.
