What do you like best? ChurnZero has helped us deploy relevant customer marketing around. In addition, it has allowed our team to focus on the right accounts at the right time. What do you dislike? We already have a customer health score in place via Tableau, it has been challenging to mimic that score in ChurnZero. Highly recommend for any CS team out there!

What do you like best? ChurnZero is giving us insight into our customer's activities in a way that we've never had before. The team at ChurnZero has been super helpful and takes the time to understand our needs to get the most out of the software. The possibilities are endless

What do you like best? ChurnZero gives me a knowledge and understanding of my customers that I would NEVER have had otherwise. It removes guesswork! It automates so much of the nurturing and relationship stewardship that we do day to day and provides a benchmark that we can work towards. What do you like best? Many things! Consolidated information about a client in one spot. Journey's: consistency in client engagement, task reminders of next steps and tracking status. Good idea but hard to use

What do you like best? You can pretty much see what every one of your clients is doing on the platform, including time spent and where they clicked. What do you dislike? It's hard to use, the UI can be updated and searching for clients is a bit difficult. Wish there were more exporting capabilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping with the transparency of what clients are doing in the platform.

What do you like best? I like that we can automate our customer reach-outs in ChurnZero and have statistics available so we can review and change as needed. Also the automation between our platform and HubSpot are great! We can have all our customer health information in one place. What do you dislike? What do you like best? THe tool is very flexible and the team behind it is even better. They truly help set you up to succeed. What do you dislike? Would like a more robust API to work with to query data and update date. The simple java/http api is helpful, but I wish there were more functionality.
