Simple and Easy Powerful Insights

What do you like best? I loved that I could simply log in with my email and all of a sudden I had insight into my client's usage that I never had before with a few quick clicks. The software is quite intuitive and has already allowed me to communicate adoption numbers internal with ease and help paint an adoption picture eternally on a client by client basis. Best Customer Success software currently on the market

What do you like best? It appears that all the major aspects of Customer Success were considered in the building of ChurnZero. This comes from a user / admin who previously tried two other Customer Success solutions which ultimately failed. What do you dislike? Not a fan of the left hover navigation bar. What do you like best? The automation through plays is a game changer. ChurnZero allows you to build specific segments and create automations to help retain and keep customers happy. Robust, relatively easy to use Customer Success software with a great team behind it

What do you like best? I really like the overall UI, it's clean and reasonably easy to use We were able to integrate nearly all our systems to house important customer data in one place There are sufficient permissions to prevent the users from creating 'noise' in the system, but enough flexibility to allow the team to create their own segments/alerts/plays as needed. What do you like best? It gives you transparency into what your clients are doing on the platform. Really good to see usage and automated email notifications are really helpful. What do you dislike? A pretty intuitive way of managing customer success.

What do you like best? The intuitive nature of the interface. I barely needed any training on how to use the tool, after learning the basics you can easily just start to experiment with it and get great results. What do you dislike? To be honest the only part where I see some improvement to be made is the time taken to answer doubts via e-mail. It's still pretty fast, but for a tool where you need to make a play for a custom segment of customers ASAP, every minute counts. ...

Churnzero makes me a better CSM

What do you like best? Journeys and plays ensure I never miss anything now. I live in my daily task list, then as soon as they're ticked I use the 'churnscore changes' section to be proactive, jumping on any change in client behavior.
