What do you like best? The ability to consolidate data from all systems into one tool. I'm constantly asked for the health of the customer and it's impossible to gauge without considering info from all of our systems - CRM, Support, Chat, Webinar, and product. This is a great software for any account manager

What do you like best? Its great to see a clients usage over time, also alerts via email are super helpful. I have found many things helpful in the usage of this software over time. It honestly proves itself the more u use it. What do you dislike? Nothing, its all great. Seriously, we like it all. What do you like best? It is a very powerful tool with an awesome team of support. What do you dislike? Some features are still needed, but they are minor. Recommendations to others considering the product: Depending on what you need, you might need some custom code, but they support team will help you a great deal. What do you like best? - Great Support team. I am always blown away with how fast they are.
