"Easy implementation, amazing product!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Onboarding was really straight forward. Given the multiple sources of data we were trying to connect the team did a great job of helping me understand the concepts so I could apply them to our business case. "Amazing project management tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Keeping on track of tasks, meetings, and metrics. The in-depth usage metrics make it great for understanding what is most beneficial for firms but also where we can do better with feature adoption. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? "User-friendly and impactful tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero allows me to manage my team's book of business with ease, and I really appreciate how easy everything is to configure - from dashboards to alerts to playbooks. The account teams are all excellent, especially the CSMs. They know their product inside and out, proactively solve any issues that pop up, and even help set things up when we get stuck. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ease of use, and love how it sync's with CRM. CZ provides a valuble insight on our customer's data and their usage. Very helpful for our reports. "Makes managing my job so much easier"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Having all my clients in one place, and using journeys to queue up and measure where they are in onboarding makes client management so much easier. "Keeps my tasks - and Priorities on Track"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that I can quickly access my customer's information and manage my daily priorities using CZ. What do you like best about ChurnZero? It is a tool that allows me to make better decisions based on data, or if we don't have the data we can now easily A/B test. Processes get better defined and automated. "Great tool for Account Managers!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Everything is all in one place. I no longer need to scramble across multiple different apps/sites. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? A lot of features I am not fully comfortable with yet! It is just a matter of time though. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping me stay on top of all of my 100+ accounts. I do not know what I would do without churnzero.
