What do you like best? The Playbooks and Journeys in ChurnZero have been a game-changer for our team. We've been able to automate and track most of our customer journey and experience through this app. Two segments of our customer base's onboarding process have been completely automated. What do you like best? I can create Segments to slice and dice information to serve my needs as a VP. Individual CSMs can do the same with Segments, for their needs. What do you like best? 1. The support is phenomenal - always quick to respond and on top of any issues. We accidentally bulk deleted all of our tasks, and CZ was able to restore everything! 2. What do you like best? Churnzero makes everything sooo much more automated. A great way to monitor customer health, connect with customers, and keep a thorough track record. What do you dislike?
