ChurnZero Onboarding Experience

What do you like best? I best like the balance of automation and person touch I experienced. The ChurnZero team is skilled at helping fit their software platform to your business goals and processes. Platforms like this are geared for a SaaS company (Software as a Service) with subscriptions, contracts, and MRR. ChurnZero is flexible enough in it's design that you can easily use it for other types of businesses as well. They have a free demo account you can test to make sure the software ...

ChurnZero has been a game-changer!

What do you like best? I love being able to set up journies for accounts so that I can make sure I'm completing every task/step that needs to be done and having the reminders so I can make sure I'm staying on top of things. Also, being able to easily pull reports on my account set and alter it to be able to view a plethora of different information. What do you dislike? I really don't have complaints or issues with the system. Once taking adequate time to learn how everything works, ...

You are one step a way of being a true Churn Fighter

What do you like best? The simplicity of the system while having too many details I did training for my team (over than 10) to be honest, it was not that easy but this is always the case with a new implementation what was so special how the system brings all the accounts info in one place no more jumping here and there to see how the account is doing beside they have a great team. What do you dislike? they don't have a live chat so you can submit the issue on spot but to be fair our ...

ChurnZero was extremely helpful for our team to automate processes and speed them up!

ChurnZero is a game changer!

What do you like best? The software is extremely powerful and has a ton of features that make customer success journeys personalized yet automated. Being able to see customer data in one platform rather than across multiple platforms makes our lives so much easier. We are also able to segment our customers in so many different ways and learn from how those different segments our interacting with us. What do you dislike? If you have used other systems in the past, it is a bit tricky to ...

ChurnZero has made me an organized person

What do you like best? Using the journeys ensures I never miss any important steps with my clients. When balancing multiple projects, this has increased efficiency and removed almost all mistakes from my onboarding plans. What do you dislike? The one thing I would improve is the Churn score. Sometimes I feel like it's not completely reflective of where a project stands/how likely a client is to churn. Recommendations to others considering the product: Invest the time in learning ...

ChurnZero is very helpful for Customer Success

What do you like best? I like that you can setup Slack notifications for specific behaviors in ChurnZero. I'm a heavy user of Slack, and since it's on my mobile, that has been a helpful insight and tool. What do you dislike? It took a bit of trial and error to understand what I was doing in the beginning, and we had to reach out to our CSM a few times. (Good news, very responsive!) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to ...
