Great For Growing Success Teams
What do you like best? The UI is great and the automated workflows are getting better and better. The software has improved since we initially started to use the platform. We have been able to automate processes as a business and most recently we've been using plays and journeys to automate the onboarding process for some of our smaller customers. Churn Zero Experience
What do you like best? Churn Zero has made my daily job as a customer success manager seamless and really helps me gage my customers usage, their needs and keeps me on top of all tasks related to their accounts. What do you dislike? I do find there are some limitations and I am not sure if it is the product itself or the way my company has set it up What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The software is extremely powerful and has a ton of features that make customer success journeys personalized yet automated. Being able to see customer data in one platform rather than across multiple platforms makes our lives so much easier. What do you like best? I best like the balance of automation and person touch I experienced. The ChurnZero team is skilled at helping fit their software platform to your business goals and processes. Platforms like this are geared for a SaaS company (Software as a Service) with subscriptions, contracts, and MRR. ChurnZero has been a game-changer!
What do you like best? I love being able to set up journies for accounts so that I can make sure I'm completing every task/step that needs to be done and having the reminders so I can make sure I'm staying on top of things. Also, being able to easily pull reports on my account set and alter it to be able to view a plethora of different information. What do you dislike? ChurnZero is very helpful for Customer Success
What do you like best? I like that you can setup Slack notifications for specific behaviors in ChurnZero. I'm a heavy user of Slack, and since it's on my mobile, that has been a helpful insight and tool. What do you dislike? It took a bit of trial and error to understand what I was doing in the beginning, and we had to reach out to our CSM a few times. (Good news, very responsive!) A product that does not truly integrate
What do you like best? Nothing, this product was a huge waste of our companies time. The product is a spam tool with a few dashboards. What do you dislike? The customer service was poor and unresponsive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were unable to get any value after 2-3 months of the product. It’s essentially a crappy mail chimp for cx.
